Dear Membership,
Welcome to 2023!! I want to celebrate the accomplishments of our membership and the strides the chapter continues to make. I look forward to growth and increasing success for the membership and events in 2023. The TBAC is a powerful tool for all its members. In 2023 there are many opportunities for our members to benefit from which include volunteering, scholarships, education, awards and connections. I hope that you take advantage of these opportunities to further your professional development and contribute to the success of our profession.
The TBAC is off to a great start with our new website, two educational symposiums, awarding our members for their work and contributions in the procurement profession and granting educational scholarships to further our member’s professional development.
The Chapter has three large events for members, suppliers and end users including the Buyer/Seller Golf Tournament, the Reverse Trade Show and the Trade Show. The event committees are already hard at work coordinating what is sure to be the best yet.
I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of chapter leadership and help accomplish this vital role in our profession. Giving back to the chapter for all that it has given me is an honor and a privilege.
